Shipping origin
All orders ship from the United States, typically from Portland, Oregon or Bremerton, Washington.

Processing time
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. During launches, holidays, or high-volume drops, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service level. International shipments can take longer due to customs and local delivery networks.

Split shipments (in-stock + pre-order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship in-stock items first, then ship the pre-order item(s) when they become available. You will receive separate tracking updates.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These fees are not included at checkout and are not collected by Pegasus Theory.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
