We want you to love what you bought. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items meet the conditions below.

Condition requirements

  • Apparel: must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging where applicable).

  • Music/media and sealed items (vinyl, cassette, etc.): must be unopened to be eligible for return.

  • Final sale items: if an item is marked final sale, it is not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll help you get it sorted. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Return shipping costs

  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you’re responsible for return shipping.

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
